Life has not been easy for Tredesha. She has undergone her own tribulations with “imposter syndrome” and feelings of inadequacy in her professional and personal life, but through those struggles she learned to endure, keep her faith up and claim accountability for her actions.
She also realized that a crucial component of personal growth and development is support from others. This knowledge has allowed her to discover her purpose--helping those who have been excluded to find their voices and never stop using them. This is particularly important to Tredesha because she knows firsthand what it is to not be heard or seen, to be spoken over, to be pushed to the side.
